A bipartisan bill moving through the state legislature would help restore access to several closed 14ers, like Mt. Lindsey, by strengthening protections for landowners who allow access to their land. While the bill is endorsed by the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative and Colorado Mountain Club, it faces opposition by the Trial Lawyers Association.
