ACTION ALERT!

Tell Your State Legislators: Strengthen Colorado's Recreational Use Statute (CRUS)

Help protect access to Colorado's 14ers, trails, and wild places for future generations.

This action alert is part a coordinated campaign led by the Fix CRUS Coalition. We are a diverse group of 40 non-profits, local governments and businesses, hikers, climbers, landowners, and attorneys – all united in our goal of strengthening the Colorado recreational use statute (CRUS) to protect free public access to wild places across the state for hiking, biking, climbing, hunting, and other types of recreation. By providing landowners better liability protection, we can protect the state’s outdoor legacy for future generations.
